I currently wear the 3XL Leotard. I am a women's size US 14 and am 5'4". I wear a size XL in pants and tops. I size up to a 3X so I have room to do all my kicks, stretches, and clenches while still being family-friendly. 
Some people find they fit true to size while most people opt to size up at least one size. They are stretchy. Pictured are some pregnancy shots where I was still wearing the 3XL. Please take into consideration to size accordingly.
